Traditional method, aged for 15 months on the lees in bottle, riddled, disgorged and ready to enjoy. DESCRIPTION: The Hanwell Blush is a stunning sunset pink colour with golden tints and fine bubbles. TASTING NOTES: A quintessential English Sparkling Rosé. Dry and delicate with aromatic intensity, elegance and finesse.  Fragrant and inviting on the nose, aromas of fresh summer berries, gala apples, white peach and shortcrust pastry are a delight to the senses. On the palate it reveals precision and complexity, rich red fruit characters of red currants and cherries, sit alongside the crunch of a freshly bitten apple and hints of honey.  Vibrant, yet elegant, this wine has an exquisite lingering finish, tantalising acidity and a rich, creamy mouthfeel. SERVING SUGGESTIONS Served chilled, between 7 – 10oC Serve with: The Hanwell Sparkling Rosé provides the perfect aperitif, as well as an ideal pairing to strawberries and shortbread, seafood, sushi, and soft cheeses such as brie.
